Saint Anthony Rosary Society

Audio: Hail Mary

The Rosary Society of Saint Anthony Church was established to serve as a medium of communication between the priests and laity in the spiritual and material needs of the parish community. Not only does the society foster involvement in the life the parish community, but actively participates in parish fundraising projects within the parish family. The Rosary Society also cooperates with other churches and civic organizations in serving the community at large.

Most importantly, the members encourage and promote devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, especially the recitation of the rosary .  The promotion of this prayer form is achieved by the recitation of the rosary on the first Saturday of each month, before the 4:00 PM vigil mass. The rosary is also recited every Saturday during the month of October and May.

Other important spiritual events are the Rosary Society mass on the first Sunday of October and the crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary on the first Wednesday of May.

Membership is open to all women of the parish, welcoming those who are 18 years of age and older.

Monthly meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month. There are no meetings during the months of December, June, July and August.
